30-Day Print & Personalization Promise

Contact us within 30 days if your delivered book has an eligible print, damage, personalization, or non-delivery issue.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your personalized book. If it arrives damaged or defective, contains a printing or personalization error, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

Because each book is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns of undamaged books. However, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • The book arrived damaged or defective
  • There was a printing error or quality issue
  • The book doesn't match the personalization details you provided
  • Your order never arrived

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and describe the issue
  3. Include photos if the book is damaged or defective
  4. We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
  5. If approved, we'll issue a refund or send a replacement

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
