Cleverlings provides a platform for creating personalized children's books using custom story and illustration systems. Our service allows you to customize books with your child's name and other details, then have those books professionally printed and shipped to you.

User Responsibilities

• Not submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Intellectual Property

The content created for your personalized book (including text and illustrations) is created through our proprietary personalization workflow. You receive a license to use your personalized book for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the content for commercial purposes.

The Cleverlings name, logo, and website content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.

Content Guidelines

When customizing your book, you agree not to include content that is:

• Offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate for children
• Violent or promoting harm
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these guidelines.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for information about returns and refunds. Because each book is custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns of undamaged products.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleverlings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Technical Disclosures

Cleverlings uses automated content-generation technologies, including AI-assisted systems, as part of our story and illustration production workflow.
